Submission of Abstracts
Abstracts should be submitted by email to the Secretariat by 31st
July, 2006, as ASCII text, Microsoft Word or Acrobat pdf files. They
should be of around 500 words in length, and should include the
title of the proposed paper, the authors and their affiliations, and
the full contact details of the corresponding author (with fax and
email address). Only Roman and Greek fonts, and standard
mathematical symbols should be used.
Accommodation
A number of hotels are available. The Secretariat will provide
assistance in hotel reservation for all participants.
Conference
Fee
On and before 30th June, 2007 the registration fee is EUR750.
After that the registration fee will be EUR850. The registration fee
includes attendance of all technical sessions, the Proceedings and a
CD, the Welcome Reception, the Conference Banquet, lunches,
refreshments and the conference tour during the conference. The
registration fee for the accompanying persons is EUR250, which
includes the Welcome Reception, the Conference Banquet, and the
accompanying person¡¯s program.
Post
Conference Tours
The post conference tours are optional and can be arranged by a
Chinese travel agency, depending on the numbers of the intended
participants. Details will be available in the final
announcement.
